These terms govern your access to and use of GuVarda. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, publishing content, or browsing GuVarda you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, the law, or the rights of others.

User-generated content

You keep ownership of the itineraries, texts, photos, and other content you publish on GuVarda. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and share each piece of content and that it does not infringe privacy, copyright, or other rights of third parties.

License granted to GuVarda

By publishing content you grant GuVarda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, adapt for display, and publicly show that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. The license ends when you remove the content, except where this document says otherwise.

Deletion and retention of published content

You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy section of your profile. When you delete your account: • drafts, private content, and your profile data are permanently removed; • your avatar and media that are not referenced by published itineraries are removed from storage; • published itineraries and their media may remain online in anonymized form, with the author shown as a deleted user. This protects other riders who rely on the public itineraries you shared. If you want a specific published itinerary removed as well, use the selective takedown path below.

Acceptable use

You must not upload illegal content, hate speech, spam, malware, or content that exposes private information of others without consent. You must not scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service. Moderators may remove content that violates these rules and may take action on the associated account.

Takedown and privacy complaints

If a published itinerary or image shows you and you want it removed, or if you believe content infringes your rights, contact us through the support channel listed in the privacy policy. Include a link to the content, a description of the issue, and how you are affected. We aim to respond within a reasonable time frame and we will remove content that we determine to be in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

Third-party services

GuVarda integrates third-party services to provide routing, geocoding, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and optional AI suggestions. Those services are listed in the privacy policy and in the processor register. When you use a feature that depends on a third-party provider you are also subject to that provider's own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Itineraries published on GuVarda are shared by other users. We do not guarantee that a route is safe, legal, or suitable for your skill level or vehicle at any given time. Always check road conditions, weather, and local regulations before riding. To the maximum extent permitted by law GuVarda is not liable for damages arising from the use of shared content or external services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Substantial changes are announced in the application and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence are not affected.
